★ Foreword
“The 8th China (Shanghai) International Exhibition on Rehabilitation Nursing & Healthcare Products for the Disabled and the Aged” will be held once more on June 2-4, 2009 at Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center in Shanghai, P. R. China. More than 300 renowned companies from the U.S., Germany, Denmark, Japan, South Korea, as well as Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China will be present at this exhibition. The exhibits clearly embody the representative products among the supplies for the disabled and the aged today. This exhibition has become the most professional trade fair featuring large scale, high authority and numerous international participants. The exhibition floor covers a total area of 10,000m2 and professional visitors exceed 10,000 people. This event has received great support from the relevant authorities for the disabled and the aged in China.

★ Participation Fees:
Standard Booths: 9 sq. m. (3m × 3m)
Domestic enterprises: RMB11800/Booth
Overseas enterprises: USD3,800/Booth
Each standard booth consists of a show area, 2.5m high partitions, 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, booth lighting, carpet, and fascia board.
Indoor Raw Space: (Minimum 36 sq. m.)
Domestic enterprises: RMB 1200/Sq.m.
Overseas enterprises: USD 380/Sq.m.
The raw space fee consists of a show area, carpet, security and booth cleaning service.
Exhibition service fee: Each attendee is charged RMB500yuan for exhibition material, exhibitor’s badge, lunches, drinks and souvenirs, etc.
★ Participation Procedures:
☆ Please fill out the Application Form carefully with the signature of the person in charge and official seal, then submit it by mail or fax to the Organizing Committee.
☆ After confirmation by the Organizing Committee, the exhibitor shall remit the participation fee to the Organizing Committee according to regulations.
☆ Upon receipt of the participation fee, the Organizing Committee will allocate booths on the basis of exhibition principle, send the Exhibitor’s Regulations and notify the relevant arrangements.
☆ Please read the Exhibitor’s Regulations carefully. The allocation of booths is based on the principle of “first-come-first-served” in terms of application and payment.
★ Payment Regulations:
☆ Please make the fees payable 50% as deposit to the Organizing Committee within 7 days after application. A 20 % surcharge will be levied for reservation of booths with 2 facades.
☆ If the exhibitor fails to effect the payment within 7 days, the Organizing Committee shall not reserve the booth.
☆ The balance of the fees shall be settled before February10, 2009. Otherwise, the Organizing Committee will deem the exhibitor waiving the reservation.
☆ The exhibitor shall make a lump sum of payment after February10, 2009.
★ Advertising in the Show Catalogue:
On top of being widely distributed to the industrial authorities and related associations, exhibitors and visitors during the exhibition, the Show Catalogue will be distributed through the network of the Organizing Committee to the industrial systems and relevant distributors or dealers nationwide.

☆ In order to bring the exhibition with more influence, a number of powerful enterprises will be cordially invited as co-sponsors. The co-sponsorship will be classified into three ranks: RMB100,000, RMB68,000 and RMB38,000. The detailed materials are available for reference.

★ Promotion Plan:
1. Executives from civil administrative authorities, federations and associations for disabled people, nursing homes, welfare nursing houses, healthcare centers, hospitals, and medical units and other relevant industry authorities at home and abroad will be invited to be present for purchase and on-site survey.
2. Advertisements and news reports will be conducted via domestic and overseas renowned and authoritative media including professional newspapers, magazines, websites, TV and radio stations, etc. to make a full-ranged intensive publicity and promotions.
3. Overseas buyers will be invited through embassies in China, consulates, chambers of commerce for visit. In the meantime, visitor groups will be organized through the associates both at home and abroad to be present for business talks and order-placing.
4. During the exhibition, the Organizer will cooperate with the industry authorities, societies, and associations to hold high-level seminars and symposiums, which will attract more than 400 industry specialists and scholars to be present on the scene.
5. Investment and financing projects will be launched to attract professionals from all the fields.
6. Advertising promotions will be conducted to attract the customers/clients through domestic and overseas media.
★ Technical Seminars:
During the exhibition, the Organizing Committee will arrange for many sessions of technical seminars to conduct technological and trading exchanges, product promotion and presentations. All enterprises can make applications to host their seminars. They must select their own topics and submit them to the Organizing Committee with the Application Form & Agreement for the purpose of earlier arrangement of seminar location and equipment, and the organization of professional audience.
Overseas enterprises: USD 1,500yuan/ 2 hours
Domestic enterprises: RMB 11800yuan/ 2 hours
